I will probably look to see if I can find PS2 copies of Agent Under Fire, From Russia with Love or Everything or Nothing on my PC via emulation thru PCXS2 at some point once I get through some of my backlog, since I am a big fan of the James Bond movies and have always wanted to check out the games as well.


I also have Bloodstone and Quantum of Solace on the 360 as well. I think the only James Bond game that was back compatible on the 360 was Nightfire, so I decided to get it when I saw an excellent copy at Goodwill at a bargain price. I haven't had a chance to play many of the games on Rare Replay though because of my backlog.Īs for Agent Under Fire, I only started playing games during the 360 era and missed out on a lot of excellent OG Xbox games including James Bond classics like Nightfire, Agent Under Fire and Everything or Nothing. I remember reading that Perfect Dark perfected the Goldeneye formula even though it wasn't a James Bond game. I think Perfect Dark is part of Rare Replay which I also own for my Xbox One X. I do find it weird hearing someone else vocalize Pierce Brosnan's voice in the game but it is not a big deal as the game's gameplay and non stop action has been great. including James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing (2003).

I just hope I don't encounter the glitches I have read that others have ocassionaly encountered when playing the OG Xbox copy on the 360. I have all the Bond movies on blu ray as part of the 50 year Anniversary collection, but really wanted to acquire the Bond games as well, so finding Nightfire was a no brainer for me especially since the story was original and not based on the movies. Considering that expired movie licenses might prevent these games from ever being made BC on the Xbox One, I thought getting Nightfire for my 360 is a good investment to make. Of course I also have other James Bond games like Quantum of Solace and Bloodstone 007 in my 360 library and wanted to play the only OG Xbox Bond game(Nightfire) that is bc on the 360. Why Did I Love 007 Nightfire? (released May 2018) This excellent recent youtube review helped me to justify my decision to purchase the game despite being such an old game: Being a long time James Bond movie fan, I think the game has all the elements(stealth, fancy gadgets, cars turning into submarines, exciting car chases, and beautiful women) you are looking for in a Bond movie. It apparently has been removed from the Microsoft Back compatible OG Xbox games list for the 360, but I was able to start the game on my 360 without any problems. Just picked up James Bond 007 Nightfire OG Xbox version yesterday for $3 from the local Goodwill store to play on my Xbox 360.
